Is there a way to keep my watch from lighting up at night? I want to wear the watch at night to monitor my heart rate but when I move it lights up and wakes me up. Very annoying.

Scroll up from the bottom of the watch face. Tap on Theater Mode (the two faces button).
That will keep the screen from lighting up. Turn off Theater mode in the morning.
