Mobile Data and Personal Hotspot are NOT working

In Settings, when you go to mobile data option and turn on. Data is not working and also No Sign (Edge, 3G, LTE) displayed on the top screen, even if you change the options.


Personal Hotspot in Mobile Data section is kept on spinning. However, in settings menu "Personal Hotspot" option is not available. I-e The item is somehow removed.


Possible Solutions that I tried but not working:

  1. Restart Phone
  2. Remove and Insert the Sim Tray.
  3. Reset Network Settings

Current IOS: 13.2

Device: IPhone 7

Carrier: Jazz Pakistan

I understand you're having an issue where mobile data and Personal Hotspot are not working correctly.


As a first step, make sure that there are no pending carrier updates. You can do this by going to Settings > General > About. If an update is available, you'll see an option to update your carrier setting. You can find more information here: Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support. If there are no updates, you may want to reach out to your carrier. You can find some helpful questions to ask under "Contact your carrier" here: If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support.
