internet issues with mac OS 10.15.1

I recently upgraded my Mac to OS 10.15.1 and now I cannot get on the internet.

Have you tried using a browser in Safe Mode, or is the issue locking ALL Apps out of the Net?

Loaded the Intego patch, but connection was super slow. Uninstalled Intego for now and everything is back to normal.

That seems strange, I've had the patch for almost a week now. I haven't experienced any slow downs.
