Yes. Unpaired all and reconnected. But BT still disconnect randomly. Kept coming on and off. Tried resetting the network setting and it remained the same. Just want to avoid a factory reset coz it’s a real pain to have to reinstall everything
We purchased a premium product and shouldn’t expect this.
I have also just received the AirPod Pro and the malfunctioning of BT frustrates even more. Think I have to take this phone back to Apple Shop to sort it out.
I have exactly the same problem. It happens "only" on the latest iPhone 11 Pro. Neither my older iPhone X nor my iPad have these porblems with iOS 13.2!
I already contacted Apple Support on twitter with a video that shows the bluetooth crash/disconnect. Lots of other users replied to me that they have the same problem.
Good hint!
I just listened for 75 minutes with WiFi off and didn‘t have a single interruption. Then I connected to WiFi (5GHz ac) and after 40 seconds the first interruption/crash. The next one 30 seconds later. So in my case it definetly makes a difference.
But even with WiFi off it‘s not 100% stable. There are disconnects as well but it‘s noticeably better.
Hi,
I face the same issue on my iPhone 11 Pro. I've connected my iPhone to my mac and try to get the crash while having the console.app running and capturing logs of my iPhone.
here is the result :
erreur 13:30:17.290622+0100 bluetoothd STATUS 1305 (8)
erreur 13:30:17.290776+0100 bluetoothd Hardware error - Bt chip timed out while trying to transfer data to SPMI master (8)
par défaut 13:30:17.291383+0100 bluetoothd FW PCIe core dumps disabled or not supported
par défaut 13:30:17.291699+0100 bluetoothd FW log streaming disabled, skipping BTDebug log dump
par défaut 13:30:17.291850+0100 bluetoothd Bluetooth error - restarting { build: release, reason: 652, context: }
now, the question is why Bt chip timed out ? real hardware error or sw crash before ???

If anyone have a mac I can assist you to get the logs and check if it's the same problem.
I have iPhone 11pro and after updating to ios13.2 I’m having all sorts of Bluetooth problems. Disconnecting during calls, people can’t hear me, I hear them. Static interference during calls. I’m so disappointed. Also having problems with Apple Cash, 3weeks going back and forth with Apple tech and my problems still haven’t been fixed. 😡😡
Bluetooth is actually turning itself off and disconnecting my AirPods and Apple Watch every few minutes.
I finally took it to Genius Bar and all tests were performed they even tried refreshing the firmware. Still didn’t work.
Eventually have to replaced by a new phone. It’s all good now.
Have you tried un-pairing and then re-pairing your device with the accessory?
Yes,
i have the same problem. I think this is problem with a new software. We must wait on new update.
Tried everything including unpairing, reset network setting, hard reset, all didn’t work.
I have the same issue with random disconnects on iPhone 11 Pro Max and most of my Bluetooth devices, including AirPods Pro. It persists even after unpairing/repairing and restoring network settings.
Yeah, but i see that bluetooth reconnect only with WiFi and with new iphones 11,11 pro, Max.
They must to fix it. Im very angry because this my new iphone 11 and first problem with software in my life.
