What you can try to do is use Safari to access your mail, so use safari to log into hotmail.com, then see if you can unsubscribe.

Bear in mind, did you sign up for these or are they spam? If they are spam then just mark them as such and eventually hotmail will learn and deliver them to the spam folder.
