Game Center not working in iOS 13.2

Ive been in communication with Apple. Ok here is some feedback on my issue. So I restored my iPhone from iTunes it redownloaded the latest IOS and installed a fresh copy on my device I then restored my settings and data from my cloud backup and it would seem my Game Center is functioning again and I can login to Apple Arcade games now. I am going to monitor is for a couple days to make sure the issue doesn’t come back but for now so far so good.

I'm having the exact same problem. It actually started with the previous update. I was able to restore from a backup and it fixed the issue for a day, but now that won't work either. Screen completely freezes in Settings and game center apps are unable to login.

I also have been experiencing this exact issue - so glad it is not just me. For a moment I thought I did something wrong. So because Game Center is not working in Settings this directly affect Apple Arcade games because they too can't login to Game Center.... So frustrating.

My iPhone X does NOT have this problem, but my iPad does. My pad is a 12.9 inch model ML0R2LL/A.

Has anyone found a solution for this problem yet?

Ok, how do we know that Apple knows about this bug because their latest update 13.2.2 did not fix this.
