iPhone 11 Pro - Bouncing LTE after updating to IOS 13.2

I have an issue with my new iPhone 11 Pro.

LTE is bouncing sometimes and unable to make call - carrier is unreachable.

Issue can be reproduced only on 11/11 Pro devices and only on ios 13.2

I made everything: clean install, reset, changed sim card, disabled Volte - no luck. When I selecting only 3G - everything is fine, exept 4G.

I made call to provider - Kyivstar, Ukraine, and got answer from tech department that issue only related with my device. Ok. After that I did downgrade IOS to 13.1.2 and voila - LTE started working as it should be.

Also I've found that issue affecting my iPhone only when I reaching cover B3+B7 base station, when I connected only to B3 station - LTE is ok.

Issue tested on: iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPhone 11

btw: other ukrainan carriers: lifecell and vodafone are working fine even on 13.2.

I've made a video of issue, it affecting also eSIM attached provider, because iPhone has only 1 modem.

Affected Kyivstar coverage zones make boot-loop of iPhone modem, that going reboot continuously, while you not leave B7 zone or not switch to 3G only.

Issue has been fixed by mobile operator Kyivstar, Ukraine at one city - Kharkiv, hope other cities will be fixed ASAP.

Unfortunately, it’s impossible now.

Switch to 3G mode only, or restore to 13.1.3

Kyivstar, the same story. When I called the operator, I was told, that the support team hasn't received any significant number of complaints to confirm the problem.

I also tried temporarily switching to lifecell, everything worked without any issues.

I have also an issue with 4g in France with my iPhone 11. In some area it show full signal but it is not possible to connect to the internet i have to enable airplane mode to get back the connection but the connection fail again after a few minutes. I have the same problem with IPhone 8 Plus, but operator is Vodafone Ukraine. It works fine Ukrainian Kyivstar or Lifecell. It happened after I had installed IOS 13.1.3. After installation IOS 13.2 it started to work even worse. Now I need to reload network after each call!
