Getsupport.apple.com doesn't work!!

I have a problem connecting my air pods to macbook. To solve it I'm trying to get help on https://getsupport.apple.com/

Each time I go there it displays the same screen with error It appears that no one can help me with my problem.

That is definitely not the way the customers should be treated!

OK

Apple does NOT provide DIRECT support IN Ukraine (and MANY other countries)

It relies on "Apple Authorized Service Providers" - like cellular phone stores, etc - to provide direct support

You cannot GET TO getsupport.apple.com from Ukraine - period

When I search for a "provider" - https://locate.apple.com/ua/en/?apt_Flag=true - in Ukraine, I too get an error on THAT page

For countries that have NO ONLINE SUPPORT - Apple has decided to staff TWITTER with the same folks that staff their phone & chat support in the US and other countries where they DO have support services

Please lay your cards on the table.

  • where are you located in the world?
  • what device, OS & browser are you using to access https://getsupport.apple.com/ page?
  • At what point in the process at https://getsupport.apple.com/ are you receiving the error?
  • IF you are able to get past the VERY first page = pick a device = what device specifically are you choosing

If you will answer these, I will try to reproduce

Additionally, you mention "my friends devices" - Have THEY tried to access https://getsupport.apple.com/ (and on what devices)? - do THEY get the error on that page?

When you actually talk with CS, realize that the first person that you speak with is the one with the LEAST amount of knowledge - they rely solely on a "knowledge base" and must be able to "ask the right question OF it"

If indeed your issue is related to an update to a NEW MacOS, then the KB is likely to have LITTLE in it that is part of the MAIN KB

Ask to speak with a supervisor

That said... we may be better equipped to troubleshoot your problem than they are

Describe, in DETAIL, what your issue is - every step that you take and detailed results - start from the immediately preceding EVENT to your problem

I do, in fact, agree

Tell Apple > Contact Us - Website Feedback - Apple

FWIW, I do NOT see any way to get localized content for Ukraine for all Apple products

Choose your country or region - Apple

I DO find regional Support for iTunes > iTunes - Official Apple Support (other Europe)

found from > Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

this would be for the iTunes STORE - music, movies & apps purchases

Thanks for describing the communication protocol.

With all the respect, I would really like to receive a qualified assistance from a company representative, because it seems that my issue can also be reproduced on my friends devices (air pods <-> macbook pro).

This particular thread is related to Customer support portal is not working for 2+ hours and customer isn't able to get qualified assistance with the issue.

But I hope you agree that this is not the proper UX of an Apple-size company website.

I had to spend 3 hours waiting and pinging on different forums to figure out what's wrong.

I bet, thousands of people had just quit looking for help, since it's not obvious at all.

What kind of message is this

"We’re Sorry.

We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again or come back later."

In 21st century servers are able to track the location of incoming requests to show proper messaging to the customers.

Also, Apple has Ukrainian localization on their website which can also be used for proper messaging.

In other words, using Apple's website to get help was quite disappointing.

Worst thing here is that I can't file a suggestion for improvement.
