Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Since i upadated my IPHONE 7 to iOS 13.2 i didn’t receive WHATSAPP push notifications. My device receives WHATSAPP message only when i open the app, if i don’t enter into WHATSAPP i don’t receive new messages. I checked all settings and everything is ok. Someone has this problem? How can i solve it?

After months of trying, I finally found a way to resolve this glitch. Everything else didn’t work for me previously. Contacted Apple and WhatsApp to no avail. Anyway, try the following:

You’re an angel! Nothing else worked but this fixed it. iPhone 7 Plus with latest iOS. Had this problem since April 2020.
I have been this problem since august of 2020 until now.I can't receive any notification from WhatsApp and WhatsApp business until they are closing.

You did jinx it :( it didn't work for me. It's a problem because I have to open whatsapp in my cellphone while I use whatsapp web otherwise it won't work.
