If I have AppleCare+ in Canada can I use express replacement services if I’m in the US for an extended period of time? Also if I do go to the store do I pay the Canadian replacement costs converted into USD or the American ones?

Apple warranty and Applecare+ are only valid in the country they were purchased in.
You will need to return to Canada for service.
You're going to need to send the phone to a friend or family member in Canada, who can get the phone replaced and they can send the replacement phone to you.
Probably not. You can ask, but don't hold your breath.

well I know this isn’t true. For express Replacement Service maybe but you can definitely get service internationally.
