FaceTime not working

My FaceTime hasn’t been working for a while with one friend, so I though that it might only be his phone. But then today, my other friend was trying to FaceTime me as well, and when I answered it, it said connecting and then FaceTime failed. This is exactly how it started with my first friend. And now I also cannot call either of them or text them. When I try to call them, it goes strait to voicemails and I was with one today and it does not show on their phone that I was even calling them or that I sent them a text. With iMessage I can get texts from them but I can’t text them and if I do then I doesn’t deliver. I have screenshots for this. I did look online for these and I tried turning FaceTime as well as iMessage off then back on, but that hasn’t solved the problem. If anyone has any ideas on what I should do, please tell me. Thank you for your time and have a nice day

Phone call issues need to be taken up with the carrier. FaceTime is not always supported by carriers, I would try it on Wi-Fi if you already haven't. If you have space issues on the iPhone, upgrading your iCloud will not help. That does not increase storage on the iPhone/iPad itself. Considering the myriad of problems you are experiencing, it may be a good idea to make a Genius Bar appointment and have the device examined by Apple.

Thank you, for the help. Last night, the friend that it stopped working for first, stared working again. I can’t call him normally, but I can FaceTime and iMessage him. But he can still call me normally. The other friend everything is still broken even after looking at the link that you gave. I have two theories, and one is that I might not have enough space, on my device I only have 32gb, and the other one is that I just have to take it up with my carrier. My one question is do you think that it is because of me having not space? If that’s the problem then if I buy iCloud storage would the problem be fixed? I must say once again thank you for your time and service.
