Turn off night mode

Hi, can you tell me how to turn off night mode permanently?

iPhone 11, iOS 13

Night camera mode. I turn it off, but it only takes one picture, for every next time I want to shoot I have to switch off the night mode separately and switch on the flash. I don't know how to turn it off permanently

Okay, so you are speaking about Night Mode on the camera. Go to Settings>Camera>Preserve Settings. Also if you tap on Night mode icon in the upper status area, then you should see the settings for Night Mode just above the shutter button. From there, you can swipe to the right and get to Off.
