Why Is App Store Not In iTunes on PC

Dear Apple Community Support

I would like to know why am I not able to access my "apps purchase management" service in the iTunes application on my Windows laptop.

It was not to long ago I lost some money or I would call it theft and the reason I wish to be able to access this via my "iTune on PC" is because the application I installed could only be trialed by giving my bank details on subscription and I now want to cancel it before that 7 day trial is up and I have no access to cancelling it.

I do not want to delete it and the management side cannot be accessed.

I just gave a feedback on your service systems and found the management there dismal after noticing it requested which version iTunes I had and it only went to version 9.0.0 something, where my installation is "version 12.10.2.3".

This convinces me that management is lapsing.

I do hope someone replies to this soon, this is one of my statements before the trial date runs out and my money in the bank get siphoned off in what I recognise as a scam duplication.
