Still have BC 5.1 on my Windows 10 (1903), but can't seem to get the latest version of BC 6.0.6136

i basically said everything in the tittle..

i did a clean installation of windows 10 on my MBP mid 2012 and ran the WSS 5.1.5333 on it and every thing seem to work accordingly, then i decided to upgrade to the latest build of W10 (1903), after the upgrade, i lost the backlight for my keyboard and the brightness of my screen, the function keys are no more working. and my BC version remains at 5.1, which i cant seem to update to the latest bootcamp by any means

Can you remove the current W10 installation, install W10 1903 and let the BC installer install the BC drivers from the USB2 Flash drive? Verify that the USB2 Flash drive has 6.0.6136.

Can you remove the current Windows installation using BCA (only) and retry the installation using W10 1809?

Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO and download the W10 October 2018 Update.

Also, you can Build your own Windows 10 Bootcamp USB In… - Apple Community, if you need to.

the current W10 is 1903. it's what i have been saying. i don't have the 6.0.6136 version of WSS. can't download, won't download
