Kernel panic on iMac 4k 2015 with external SSD operated by High Sierra and Catalina

I use iMac 2015 21.5'' 4k 1TB HDD 8 GB RAM. But added the external SSD, to make the macOS

work more quickly.

The problem is in the Kernel panic attack which happens even while doing nothing at all or in sleep mode. The iMac just happens to show a black screen with text and reboots itself. The same problem was with High Sierra, but not on Sierra.

I erased the SSD completely to APFS and installed Catalina on it, but that didn't help.

I tried to boot in a safe mode and use disc utility first aid repair; also tried shutting off and pressing on/off button for 15 sec. Nothing worked

Could you help me with this please?

You might be correct.

My iMac 21.5 doesn't have any GeForce graphics, only Intel is built in .

By the way, I get the errors way more rarely sine downgraded on High Sierra. But they still happen

Then it is likely a hardware problem. Make an appointment at the local Apple Store Genius Bar to have it evaluation. If you don't have one, Apple's support site can direct you to a local certified repair center.

Thank you. Will try that.

Can it be somehow connected with the external Samsung Evo 850 SSD, where my primary MacOS is installed?

But I tried to use different sata enclosures and check the ssd for any errors with software programs. Nothing was found

I will try that a bit later because working from built in HDD is a painful experience. Now I have the SoundGrabber uninstalled and I hope that was sufficient and the attacks won't come back (the last one was a different error, I attached it in the previous message)

Again the same 0xffffff80040d1b92 Kernel panic with a reboot happened. Can't find any solution in Google. Can anyone help please?

PS: Bluetooth Magic Mouse is disconnected after the reboot, I deleted it in settings, restarted Bluetooth. I mentioned this in case it matters

I tried to downgrade to MacOS High Sierra. It worked without any error for about 7 days, and today I've got a new error number with a panic attack

I'm no expert, but after more than a hundred hours on this, I doubt it's the external SSD. I have a Mid 2012 MBP 15" Retina with 500GB SSD. Have hardly used it and owned it from new.

Apparently the GeForce graphics cards are known to fail on these, but I have the same problem since installing Catalina. I have no other software on that isn't Apple except a fan control app because it seemed to be running too hot at over 100 deg Celsius, and would then get a black screen, often not able to turn on for hours unless I disconnected then reconnected the battery.
