Bugs in iOS 13.2

I have the first generation iPad Pro 12.9, so only a year old... Web pages are slow to load, links are slow to work, switching between apps is slow, different apps freeze temporarily... lag, lag, lag... This shouldn’t be happening in Apple’s newest software and on a new iPad Pro 12.9. Please fix this. Using my iPad has gone from fun to frustrating!

My iPad Pro 11" (2018) 512 GB cellular is crashing and freezing *regularly* now, multiple times per day, since I updated to 13.2.2 or got my new Apple Pencil 2, both of which happened around the same time. I paid the premium for this powerful device specifically so I could count on it to work when I need it to work, and this is a highly disturbing development. (I can't be standing in court in the middle of a hearing trying to refer to an e-document, then waiting two minutes for the device to reboot and get back to where I was.)

Try the new hard reset procedure for the new 2018 iPad Pro models.

1. Press and release the volume UP button.

2. Then immediately press and release the volume DOWN button.

3. Then, press and hold the Power button at the top. You will see the Slide to Power off button, but keep on holding down the Power button until you see the Apple logo, then let it go.

Once you have performed all the steps, wait for a few seconds and your 2018 iPad Pro will boot up completely to the iPad Pro’s Lock screen.

If you own full computer with iTunes on it, you may need to backup that iPad to iTunes on a computer, go into the Setting app, General > Reset > Erase all Contents and Settings and erase the entire device, setup this iPad as new, the restore the data from yur iPad from the iTunes backup you made.

Have you tried a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?

I have restarted my iPad multiple times. The problems keeps coming back. Reviewers are now saying it’s how iOS manages the ram. When can we expect a fix?

I made a mistake. My iPad Pro is one year old not the first generation.

Apple just released iPadOS 13.2.2 update yesterday.

Try updating to the new iPadOS 13.2.2 update.

I've done that several times since the problem has gotten worse, both as a prophylactic maneuver to try to head off problems, and because I've had to when the iPad has frozen on me.
