iMessage not working

so i live in Lebanon and i want to text someone in the U.S. but imessage is not working and the texts keep showing up in green but that person is not even receiving those SMS and i can’t receive theirs, i tried it before with someone else and it worked but it isnt with the person i want to text now

can not send sms since moving to a different country(and provider) Hello, since i moved from austria to norway i can not send text messages to numbers outside of norway. i used to have an austrian provider and could send them without any issues (from austria and norway). but since i moved to norway and switched to a new norwegian provider, i can not send text messages to my relatives in austria anymore. iMessage and Whattsapp work fine and phone calls and facetime work as well. i can send texts to norwegian numbers as well. i tried turning the send as sms setting under Messages on and off, and i tried it with and without the dial assist in the phone settings. i also asked my provider (MyCall) and the verified that it is possible to send texts with my number, but it just will not work from my phone. are there any other setting i can try? it is and iphone se, the austrian provider was "Drei" and the new norwegian provider is "MyCall".

iMessege not working internationally I am trying to message my boyfriend from the Uk to India, but whenever I text to goes as SMS, but not as iMessage. Can someone help, please? I tried logging out and logging in, switching off and on, and nithing works.
