Microsoft Excel 365 not working since Catalina Update? Troubleshooted and still not results - all suggestions welcome
OK, i know this has been posted before but they resolved it in a way I haven't been able to -
Since I installed Catalina, Excel isn't working properly. I can create a new file and save it, but i can not open any file. It comes up with the same error box (SEE IMAGE)
HOW I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO FIX THIS WITH NO RESULTS SO FAR:
- Complete uninstall / reinstall of Microsoft office.
- Set up a new user on my mac, logged in as that user and tested excel - IT WORKED TOTALLY FINE. so went back to my normal user account, deleted the cache for excel in library, restarted. STILL NOT WORKING.
- I really need excel to work.
Does anyone have any other ideas on what to do?! I'm so frustrated and a bit lost now.
