Microphone won’t work for anything

So my iPhone 7plus has the most recent update (13.2.2) and a few days ago my microphone stopped working for all apps. FaceTime says “FaceTime Failed”, calls won’t work, voice memos won’t let me record anything, Siri won’t even let me speak to her, messages won’t let me record audio, or any app that uses my mic won’t work. I’ve fully updates and force reset my phone. Nothing is working. I’ve looked at other questions like “Microphone won’t work” but they all say it’s fuzzy. Mine won’t work at all. Help?
