In ~/Library/Developer/CoreSimulator/Caches/dyld/19B88, there is some folders,
Is it safe to delete the Caches folder? The Caches folder size is 6.3GB

Since it is in your home directory, sure. Quit the simulator. Then remove that content. The next time you run the Simulator, it will generate new content there.
