Album art missing or wrong

I recently switched from locally stored files to Apple Music and Cloud Library because my library was taking up way too much space, but since then I've had a ton of problems with album artwork. On my iPhone some songs have incorrect artwork, often from compilation albums, even though other songs on the same album have the correct artwork. Some songs are just missing artwork all together, and Music on Catalina on my MacBook won't let me fix it, because the artwork shows up there, although sometimes it doesn't let me change it there either. I've tried clearing the library on my phone and redownloading everything as I've seen people say here before, but it didn't fix anything. I'm getting really sick of this. Does anyone have the same problem or know how to fix this?
