I have a very faint red vertical line on my 44mm Ceramic watch running from top to bottom just right of the center of the screen that is visible on white/grey screens. It's kind of annoying now that I know it's there but I've seen similar posts on past series so I don't know if I should try to swap it out under AppleCare or not? Has anyone else noticed this on their Series 5 watch?

Reset your Watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both. If that doesn't correct it you should see if you can return it under Apple Care.
Yes I have the same problem in the same place and when I changed a new one from Apple the same problem came out again, this must suppose a problem from the screen product line.
I tried the reset by holding the crown and side button in and also did a full reset per Apple Support but nether helped. They set me up with an appointment with the Genius Bar to either get the screen replaced or the entire watch because he said the red line will most likely get bigger. Thanks foe the help though!
