New iPhone bought from o2 3 days ago, not eligible for AppleCare?
I bought this iPhone 11 from O2 UK 3 days ago and when attempting to register for AppleCare it tells me my phone isn’t eligible when I enter my serial number, and isn’t associated with my Apple ID, however I’m signed into my Apple ID, the device appears on “find my...”, handoff functions, App Store purchases etc all work.
edit: the exact screen I’m seeing.
anyone encountered this before? What’s the fix?
