no pictures
Good evening all
When i go into itunes on my windows 10 laptop all the albums/pictures are grey
Any ideas please

It looks like you're having trouble with the artwork in iTunes, and I want to help.
Let's try the following steps:
1. Right-click on the desktop
2. Select Display Settings.
3. Change the 'Change the size of text, apps, and other items' to 100%
4. Log out
5. Test on next login.
