how do you icloud unlock a iphone XR?
long story short we bought an iphone XR not knowing it was icloud locked and now the lady who sold it to us wont respond to our messages. how do we get it unlocked so we can use it?

If the previous owner can not, or will not remove the lock, the phone is useless to you. Activation lock can not be bypassed.
