Unalbe to repair Apple 13-inch MacBook Air

Hi,

I have AppleCare Protection Plan for MacBook but it's not covering the accidental damage (in the UK, it's covering). My laptop screen has a crack but my apple care protection is not covering this repair because i bought my laptop in Singapore and I'm staying in London.

This means the apple care Protection Plan which I bought is useless and I would like to refund it. Does anyone know how I can refund the apple care protection? As i permanently moved from Singapore, my Singapore credit card is closed then how can I transfer the refund money to my UK bank? I called Apple call center the UK and they asked me to call their Singapore branch for any details.

I like Apple services before but now a days their support is extremely bad. People can move around the world but apple is restricted their warranties to some countries and not allow the same facilities in other counties is a shame. Even they are not giving any advice to their customers ......

Unfortunately, you will need to deal with Apple as we are all other users here and have no access to any account information. Applecare is sold in different countries and the terms do say that the plan depends on your location for available services. As for a refund, you will need to deal with them as well - there is no way for us to do anything for you either. You could try to follow the terms in your plan which include a US address to write to for a transfer or cancelation.
