Magic mouse and magic keyboard lag - mac book pro 6.2 - sierra 10.13.16

Hi all,

I am having a big issue that makes my mac really unusable:

magic mouse often ( once a day ) starts having lag, and of course the reaction of the pointer becomes unusable.

I contacted apple support via chat, they gave me the below solutions. but they didn't work:

• if mouse or trackpad don't work
• reset nvram or pram
• rest SMC

nobody of the solutions provided work, so now i don't know what to do
