Can't map a network drive

I have been trying to map an online shared drive from my work for weeks now, but I have not been able to succeed. I keep getting the pop up message in the picture below. I am currently going to work from home for a long time, and I really need access to our shared drive directly from my imac finder just to make my work easier and faster.

I have dump my PC for imac but here I am with this problem that I cannot even solve.

Will appreciate any help.
