How do you enable star ratings for music?
I'm on IOS 13.2, and I don't see any options for star ratings in Settings > Music.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. It's understandable to want to be able to have star ratings for the iPhone. I'll explain.
Star ratings are currently only available for the Mac using the Music app. You can still rate songs by what you like and dislike: See recommended music on iPhone
