So today I have had my windows 10 machine on a few times and I have noticed the iCloud control panel just pop up out of nowhere 2 or 3 times. Normally it sits quietly in the taskbar and doesn't bother me. There are no login issues coming up, it's purely the settings/control panel that opens. It's not necessarily at login either but every 20-30 minutes. It's getting quite annoying. How do I stop it from doing this?

This is driving me nuts! Aside from uninstalling iCloud, what else can I do to fix this?
So restarting the computer fixed the issue.
