I've got an i-tunes account with credit in it but when I try to purchase a song I'm getting an error message saying "There was a temporary problem completing your request. An unknown error occurred (-50)." Try again later. This has been going on for weeks. I logged in under another computer but I'm getting the same message. Help please.

Hello techno909. It sounds like you are using an old version of iTunes that is no longer supported by the store. The simplest solution is to update to the latest version of iTunes. If you want an old version that can not only sign in but also manage apps, then 12.6.5.3 is the only recommendable version now.
