Hearing aids (Alerts/Notifications)

Anyone else upset Apple removed Alerts/Notifications from the MFI Hearing device options? What I don’t understand is the ringtone option is still there with an on/off option. Why couldn’t they have an on/off option for alerts/notification as well instead of completely removing it? I have an iPhone 11 and I had the alerts/notification with OS 13. But when 13.1-2 update came its completely gone 😞. This feature really helped me a lot. I hope that they will bring this back real soon. Thank you.
