Hi everybody. Cannot turn on explicit content on Apple Music (iOS 13.2.2). All settings in “Screen Time” are turned on, but the explicit content is still unavailable. My region is Belarus. Can anybody help me? Thanks!

in two words - try to buy explicit song via iTunes Store, it asks you to allow explicit content. Click “Allow” and that’s all.
