Why does my iPad Air 2 accept PDFs by airdrop but not passwords from my old iPad?

unfortunately, your reasoning is entirely bogus. These same passwords have been passed from an iPad running game 12.4.2 to an iPad running 12.4.3.
the ipad that is not receiving them is 13.2.2, as stated above. So unless apple have taken away the ability to airdrop your passwords to a new device (which wouldn’t make sense) - we need a more informed explanation.
Best solution:
sign out your Apple ID.
sign in with the one that has all your passwords.
they should all populate.
check settings to see they’re all there.
log back in with normal Apple ID.
passwords should be with you.
I have a new iPad Air 2 running on 13.2.2. I can receive documents from a different iPad, via airdrop, but I cannot receive my passwords in this way. So airdrop works well with PDFs, but not with passwords. Can someone help?
