Does Photos have a way to remove keystone?

Is there a way in Photos app to remove (edit) keystone from photos? I have this need fairly often when making photos of things that are not at my camera level.

Photos iOS on the iPhone or iPad has a tool for perspective correction, but it is not yet available in Photos 5.0 on the Mac. Currently you need to use third-party photo editing extensions to do the correction, for example DxP Perspective or Luminar 3. These are working well on macOS 10,14 Mojave, but are currently problematic in Photos 5.0 on Catalina.
