Disney Plus won't load on Apple TV. Can't figure out why?

Disney Plus not working on Apple TV 4k I could not get Disney Plus working on my Apple TV 4k. When I click play on any title, there’s no video, but the sound is okay. It only showing black screen but I can clearly see the Disney Plus logo at top right corner. Other streaming service are working fine.

Disney+ won't play Disney+ is not playing on our 4k Apple TV. We are getting a message "Something went wrong". It's happening with every show we try. Other streaming channels are working ok. The TV is about 18" away from our Eero 6 plus router, so distance and weak signal is not the issue I've restarted the AppleTV many times I've force-closed the app a few times I've unplugged and re-plugged the Apple TV, it still won't work I've deleted and re-installed the Disney+ app. I've also confirmed that Disney+ is streaming ok on my computer through the browser. It does. Does anyone else have any suggestions on what to try next?

apple tv not updating for the past 2 days been trying to play disney + on my apple tv, Disney says it has a new update but apple tv needs to update, start apple tv update, it downloads and then starts step 1 of 2 of the install, then after about a minute it stops says it can't and try again later. what the ****! its model is A1625(32 gb)

After I installed the latest Apple TV update, I was able to load Disney+.
