Disney+ won't play

Disney+ is not playing on our 4k Apple TV. We are getting a message "Something went wrong". It's happening with every show we try. Other streaming channels are working ok.

• The TV is about 18" away from our Eero 6 plus router, so distance and weak signal is not the issue
• I've restarted the AppleTV many times
• I've force-closed the app a few times
• I've unplugged and re-plugged the Apple TV, it still won't work
• I've deleted and re-installed the Disney+ app.

I've also confirmed that Disney+ is streaming ok on my computer through the browser. It does.

Does anyone else have any suggestions on what to try next?
