Disney + app on Apple TV - no option to restart or play episode from beginning after it has been watched

When using the Disney + app, I am unable to find an option to restart or play an episode or show from the beginning after it has been watched. For instance, a family member watched Mandalorian episode 2 until the end credits were rolling. I now want to watch that episode but there is no option to restart it or play it from the beginning. Rewinding to the beginning is not really a rationally option as rewind and fast forward on the Disney + app seems to be broken and only allows jumps of 10 seconds at a time in either direction.

Any ideas on how I get the episode to play from the beginning?
