Wi-Fi bridge connection problem

Hello, I am having a problem with Wi-Fi on my iPhone XS Max. In our house, we have two routers in each floor set as bridges, so the phone reconnects to the closest one. Untill iOS 13 everything worked fine, but now, when I go from one floor to the other, phone reconnects, but doesn't have internet connection, even though my iPad on the same Wi-Fi works just fine. I have to disconnect and reconnect for it to work, but reconnecting takes a really big amount of time. (Turning WiFi off and on doesn't help, even restarting and updating doesn't help) I would like to ask, if anyone else is having the same issue?
