AirPods Pro weird noise on one ear

I had this problem as well, but it is super easy to fix. Put both airpods back in the case with both of the modes off. Then hold the button in the back for 15 seconds until the light turns amber, connect the airpods with your phone again. And problem solved, no hissing noise in any of the Airpods. Hope this helped

This problem started in February with the left AirPod, as time passed it was getting more and more noticeable to a point were it got unbearable, I was waiting for a new firmware to be released hoping that this would correct the issue but it didn’t and then the right AirPod started doing the same exact thing so it was time to visit an Apple service center were both of them were replaced.

I had the same problem, I tried everything. Turns out the left Air Pod was defective. Apple sent me out a new left ear Air Pod and problem fixed.

Have had the same problem myself, contacted Apple, made an appointment and they replaced defective right AirPod.

All now well and received professional and speedy service.

I had this issue with the Pros, it was only in noise cancelling or transparency modes on left ear.

I took off my silicon tip, and cleaned it out the part that snaps into the speaker housing.

After cleaning, I no longer have the constant static noise

I seem to be having a warbling issue on the right hand side too. Seems to stop doing it if I remove the silicon sleeve. Sounds like the movement sensor is affected as when I move my head around in a circle then it warble pings with the movement, that or something else.

I just spoke to a person on the Apple Support line and they have kindly sent a replacement (it's a deposit scheme as you have to send the faulty one back but you're refunded the money once they receive it). Thankful that this is available at this difficult time.

I just recently got the AirPods Pro, and this problem came up. I went to my settings, pressed “Forget this device” in bluetooth, reconnected them, and it went away. Do not know the cause, but if anyone else has this problem, try the solution i just stated.

I reset my AirPods and that fixed the problem.

Identical to mine the solution in the end service center replaced my buds with new ones now it’s ok.

I had the same problem and service told me it need replacement

I had to put in back in the case and take it back out a couple times but it went away. Thank god it wasnt a hardware problem i almost had a heart attack 😂

This just happened to me for the first time with the left ear. I put it back in the charging case for a minute, then put them back in my ears. noise is gone. odd

I had the same issue after half a year with the right side and now with the left side. In both cases Apple repaired / replaced the AirPod after a short Chat via the support app.

probably it is too late for a possible solution. I got some Pro's and I had the same annoying issue. The problem was that i had the "hearing" set ON. I have turned off and all good

ok i had the same garbled sound in my right one only in transparency/noise cancellation mode and what you have to do is just put it in the case, take it back out, and it’s done. at least that’s what worked for me
