Delivery Tracker not updating

Ordered through Apple PH website last Nov 5. Last update was Nov 7, "departed from facility".

Contacted DHL and they said thats also the status on their end.

How long does it usually take before it shows where the item actually is?

Or how can I contact Apple about this?

Just curious whats the longest everyone has waited for an Apple product being shipped by UPS, for the tracking info to start working. It will be updated when the delivery company next scans the package.
