Optimised battery charging does not work

Hi everyone,

I have iPhone Xs Max and since the day one with iOS 13, the optimised battery charging does not work. Non of the updates had helped, neither complete reset of the phone and DFU mode.

How do I know it does not work? Firstly, the warning pop-up about optimised battery charging never showed up. Secondly, in the morning when I look to battery charging history it always go straight to 100% (no break at 80% at all).

I have iPhone Xs Max currently Running iOS 13.2.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

‘Your iPhone uses on-device machine learning to understand your daily charging routine so that it can wait until you need to use your iPhone to finish charging past 80 percent.’ From: About Optimized Battery Charging on your iPhone

To verify, have you been charging your iPhone using the same pattern for at least a few days?

If not, try using the same charging pattern for a few days.
