I keep trying to update my macOS High Sierra using the App Store

I keep trying to update my macOS High Sierra using the App Store. It say there is an update, however it will not update, gett a message that says An error has occurred The request timed out.(-1001). What to do?

Try downloading & installing it in Safe Mide...


Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?
