HOW DO I RECEIVE APPLE PAY CASH FROM LOST PHONE

So I recently lost my iPhone and was sent money to the Apple Pay of the lost phone I tried to download my messages on another Apple device so I can receive the cash but still no luck

you need your own Apple device signed into your Apple ID.

Apple Pay balance on stolen phone I had 500.00$ of credit on my Apple Pay , on a phone that was stolen/missing. I have deactivated that phone and blocked the IMEI number in it, so no matter what SIM card gets put it that phone will never work. How can I retrieve that balance from my Apple Pay?
