Hi, Yesterday I had to change my SIM card in my iPhone 7 iOS 13.1.3. My provider then transferred my original number to the new sim, however now iMessages and FaceTime are only recognising the new SIM cards original number? Any ideas or help would be gratefully appreciated

after trying what I thought was every solution I just discovered that I needed to change the number under Settings-Phone-My Number !!!

Make sure the original number is listed on your Apple ID. If you have to change what shows on your Apple ID, after making the change, allow time for the change to sync. Sign out of Messages/FaceTime, restart your phone, and sign into Messages/FaceTime.

alas the number showing on my apple id is the wrong number!! I have removed sim and restarted iPhone, also turned off iMessage & FaceTime turned off /on iPhone and then turned back on iMessages & FaceTime! I cannot find a way of changing the number however
Try signing out of Messages/FaceTime, allow some time for that to sync, then see if you can change the number on your Apple ID.
