Apple TV +

i want to know if I can link the networks I already pay for through my cable provider through the apple tv + app. I don't feel the need to pay for HBO, Starz, Prime ect again when I already pay for it to be able to stream, when I try and load it, it asks to start a free trial.

Apple TV + is a streaming service. The TV app is a hub for all compatible services, including Apple TV +

If you are trying to access HBO etc. directly in the TV app then that requires using the Apple TV channel. You can either continue to use your existing subscriptions (which will integrate with the TV app, but playback will be done from those providers apps) or cancel those and subscribe to the Apple TV channel versions. Be aware that the Apple TV channels can only be viewed within the TV app.
