After I created an apple ID on my PC browser, in order to login into my Apple TV Hardware, i kept receiving message you need to create an account on your PC, which i already done.

In addition, if you will be streaming 4K content please ensure your computer is up to the task. If your network already supports a lot of Wi-Fi devices and/or the house is over 2000 sq. feet your network may need an upgrade.
What Apple TV do you have and what account are you attempting to set up. You said you created an Apple User ID on your PC, do you mean you have an AppleID?? There is no such thing as a Apple User ID.
I created an Apple ID.
I have the box connecting to my LG TV.
Also I don't have any apple devices except for that box.
