iOS 13.x Siri is gone on iPhoneX

After updating iOS to 13, I can’t find Siri in settings screen. “Hi Siri” isn’t working. How can I find Siri?

Hello tsoy4uk,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand that after updating your iPhone X to iOS 13, Siri no longer appears under Settings and "Hey Siri" does not work. Thanks for including screenshots of that behavior. I would be happy to help point you towards a resolution.

Here's a resource that could help:

If Siri or "Hey Siri" isn't working - Apple Support

Specifically, start with the steps in this section to confirm that there are no restrictions preventing Siri from showing:

"Check that restrictions aren't on for Siri

If you can't turn on Siri on your iOS device or Mac, make sure that you haven't disabled Siri in Restrictions.

  • On iOS 12 or later, go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Allowed Apps and make sure that Siri & Dictation isn't turned off. On iOS 11 or earlier, go to Settings > General > Restrictions."

Let us know what happens after trying those steps.

Cheers!
