A kernel panic started happening. Could somebody give me some insight on what's happening exactly

Hey guys, about a month ago a kernel panic started happening. Could somebody give me some insight on what's happening exactly. Might be the notorious graphics card problem, but it keeps happening on very random occasions, out of the blue even when i'm using the integrated graphics card and my macbook is just doing nothing. It also happens sometimes when I close the macbook and try to reopen it again later, but it just has a black screen.

It looks like it might be a hardware problem in the GPU, but uninstall these and see if that resolves the Panics:

om.disc-soft.DAEMONTools.VirtualSCSIBus 1.0.2

com.malwarebytes.mbam.rtprotection 3.6.21

I doubt MBAM is causing the panic, but unless you choose to regularly download and install Adware, it serves little purpose having it installed.

I did it but it seems it is still occurring. Also I observed that most of the time it happens whenever the macbook goes to sleep or I close it and reopen it later. Is hardware issue the only possible answer at this point ?
