Download and run Etrecheck. Etrecheck is a diagnostic tool that was developed by one of the most respected users here in the ASC and recommended by Apple Support to provide a snapshot of the system and help identify the more obvious culprits that can adversely affect a Mac's performance.

Before running Etrecheck assign Full Disk Access to Etrecheck so that it can get additional information from the Console and log files for the report:

I discovered that it's a problem of Catalina. I'm not the only one.
panic(cpu 2 caller 0xffffff80082290b7): "com_apple_driver_AppleUSBCardReaderInterfaceNub::setPowerState(0xffffff8018ead100 : 0xffffff7f89c2f04c, 2 -> 0) timed out after 30726 ms"@/BuildRoot/Library/Caches/com.apple.xbs/Sources/xnu/xnu-6153.11.26/iokit/Kernel/IOServicePM.cpp:5302
i temporarily solved unloading the respective kernel extension (but the same source where I find this solution says it has to be made every time you power on). is there a way to fix it? (except waiting for an update from apple)
Thanks for replying, Vaayu, and that additional info, it really helps! Since you're still having this issue, your next step is to make a backup of your personal data and put a fresh copy of macOS on your Mac using macOS Recovery mode, as that will overwrite these system files causing the issue.

Have a great day and thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!
Hello Vaayu,
Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are having an issue with your Mac restarting unexpectedly. To help with this, please follow the relevant steps in this Apple resource, including making sure your Mac is fully up to date and testing in safe mode:

See Kappy's responses in this topic: Mojave Crash from Sleep. It's an older thread but may have something that will work for you.
I don't see any of the usual suspects in the report. By "in stop" do you mean sleep?
the only thing that maybe can help me is the Terminal command "pmset -g assertions"
if i launch it, this is the response
Assertion status system-wide:
BackgroundTask 0
ApplePushServiceTask 0

No kernel assertions.
Idle sleep preventers: IODisplayWrangler
is this helpful, in your opinion?
UPDATE
searching on the web, i disabled, in bluetooth>advanced, the 3rd option (make Bluetooth devices albe to wake up the computer, or what it's called in english).
some posts say also to reset the printing system, but i don't have any printer installed.
(i also erased com.apple.PowerManagement.plist in Library/Preferences and rebooted to make system create this file again)
now with that command i see the following:
Assertion status system-wide:

Idle sleep preventers: IODisplayWrangler
i still am not able to understand if this IODisplayWrangler in the last line is normal that is a "idle sleep preventer". what can you tell me about?
here's the report (I manually gave him full access)
it seems strange to me too, all of this
however yes, it's that!
Unfortunately I don't do Terminal.
i understand!
this night i’ll leave the computer in stop, so we will see if the changes i did work or not
situation is better, but not at all. this night consumed 3% of the battery. i know it's not too much, however it continue doing some stuff (that i still can regularly see in the console)
This is the last thing I did, both maintaining files and not, and unfortunately didn't solved this.
I noticed also that Mac started consume battery while in stand by, but for another reason this time:
Dec 1 18:16:33 MacBook-Air-di-Alberto syslogd[88]: ASL Sender Statistics
I see a lot of this messages in system.log while it's in stop, like every 15 mins. And I never enabled power nap.
How can I stop all this?
